Why have you made the switch to online sales?

Hello! Welcome! As we all know, Covid-19 has shifted the world, and forced innovation. We are aiming to make our products available to customers from the comfort of their own homes. This is a work in progress, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during our webstore developmental stages.

Why can't I see many products on your webstore?

We are in the early stages of developing our webstore. Our product catalogue has over 8,000 lines to sort through. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Why is your standard shipping so expensive?

We are currently working on fine tuning the shipping calculation process as our store has rather variable sized/weighted products. 

Local delivery options and FREE in-store pick up may be the easiest options for you at the moment. 

Is the Garden Centre still open?

Yes! We are still open for browsing. We are complying with Covid Safe practices, and maintaining social distance policies.
